My stay at the hotel was delightful! The room I got, the medium suite in block 3 Room 40323, was HUGE, but surprisingly no closet or cabinet. The front desk service was a bit slow, but overall a great experience. The location is charming, with tropical vibes and a variety of pools to enjoy. The dining options had some challenges but provided delicious meals. I had a wonderful time overall.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious enough with a very large king bed and all the necessary amenities, but they felt somewhat dated and tired for a luxury resort. On the bright side, the towel boy at the main pool was a delight, always helping us with amenities like chocolate strawberries delivered to our room. However, the downside was having to deal with insects in the room daily.
